If you're going to install the 58's and do a 7CZ flash............you're are going to need a bigger turbo than the one with the parts listed above. The turbo above is good for roughly 725 Hp on a C-15 engine. With the 58's and flash you'll be at 850 Hp this turbo will not handle this power level.
I'm working on building a different turbo that will have the smaller turbine housing similar to the one listed above. So you'll have a good jake brake and fast spool up. It will have a larger compressor wheel for more air flow to handle the extra HP. The only problem is it will be a month or two before I'll have the components to build them for resale.

Installing 58's in place of 57's is roughly a 120 hp gain
underpsi and power freak Thank this. -
i thought they were only about 50hp?
whats 59's suppose to be worth over 57's?
-
with a 7CZ 600 hp file there worth almost 300 hp
on a 550 file there isn't as much fuel in the file and the injector pulse width is shorter........... roughly 225-250 hpunderpsi Thanks this. -
Im at 1000hp with 7cz 59s marine cam and a single holset no egt problems and getting 6-6.7 mpg depending on load
-
wow I didn't think they were near that much! What do you think they'd be 200% larger then now?
-
In your case not a lot until you start moving some air into the motor. You're putting so much fuel in now that the fuel is quenching the flame this is why you haven't had issues with EGT's with the box. At big power levels as you increase fuel you don't gain as much power as you did in the beginning of the quest for power.
At 200% over on 59's I'd expect a 150-200 hp gain with the right amount of air.underpsi Thanks this. -
Ah I c. Lol I like having too much fuel. Don't get it wrong though my truck never hooks to a trailer and it can get over 1500 degrees pretty easily if I let it. One day I'll have more air....
