The best part was running out of 14 in receiver dock then getting run off property to spend night on street in Detroit.

Don't know if Bolt allows Personal conveyance but if so the FMCSA has guidance that allows drivers to drive to the nearest safe spot using personal conveyance when forced to leave a shipper or receiver and out of hours.

Bolt does allow PC. I wonder why they didn't suggest that when I called. I will have to clarify that with safety. PC rules are pretty fussy if it has anything to do with your load at all.

In my life, I have never experienced a negative outcome as a result of standing up for myself. Not once.

Fun fact. I heard a guy complaining because his truck is equipped with a safety feature that sets off his horn if he turns on his signal when a vehicle is beside him.

How fast would you disable that "feature"? 3...2...1....

Just stop signaling, most do anyway. Funny thing is the worst offenders are small outfits with none of this stuff anyway.

I think the rule ought to be that all safety features need to go in all company vehicles. So lane warnings, speed limit sign reading, etc all need to go in every company car as well. And because the C-suite makes safety sensitive decisions every day, random testing needs to apply the whole way up. I wonder what we'd find, esp when it turns out that SNI can't even run a small furniture delivery company.

    Whoevers closest and available.
But the next time that crap load comes up
The company brown noser, who does everything
He's told, including working for free,is gonna get it.

They won't bother her anymore about it.
She'll get loads that's she makes money on.
    That's business as usual.
