I am and part of my job responsibility is to make sure weights are ok. No excuse. My bad. Hurts my pocketbook and my pride.

Yup. Have cat scale app even. Funny thing is, the load felt so well balanced and I was short on time I though oh its fine.

Thought for the day: if this freightliner isn't trying to shake my kidneys loose it is too heavy on Tandems.

I don’t mean this in a smart ### way but how could you tell a container felt well balanced?

Geez this micro management is getting on my last nerve. 30 day review. 60 day review. 90 day round table and now a 90 day review. Plus my driver manager still hasn't gotten over that weigh ticket which is really annoying since its obvious what happened, it is not a points item just a civil fine, and I had to pay the fine myself and already did.

So on my day off he calls and asks about a load I had to turn down because it wouldn't scale out the gate. Then he tells me he wants to watch me do a complete pretrip first thing in the morning. Ugh.

I made the mistake of telling a funny story about my dog (which I don't have in a company truck ever) and next thing you know I get a message asking if my dog is properly registered as a service animal.

Both my driver manager and his boss are brand new. I suspect I'm being used to train the little twerp.
He is so young and inexperienced. He told me this is the first time in his life he's had to file income taxes!!

I had one of those for a while out of the Kansas City yard. Good thing I knew what to do because he couldn't figure it out half of the time! I only had him a few months.
