Is it an auto or manual? I think the autos rake off and corner fast. That would take some getting used to.

Manual. Tried an auto once. Didn't like it.

Not really. Jb plays the same games Schneider plays with their lease ops. Jb the trucking company doesn't have a single customer, they get all their loads from jb the logistics company. So you get 65% of whatever they want to sell the load to themselves for this week. At a company like landstar you get a true x% of what landstar gets paid.

Lead: can you suggest which freightliner shop in dfw area does better work pkease?

Well last week's 3k miles paid a nice sum. Hope to keep that going until first of year slow down. But experiencing some weirdness with starter. It started making a little whirring sound after start. Plus, and I know about the clutch must be in to crank, it seemed like I had to push harder more often to get it to crank. Not good. Also have discovered onguard brakes for unicorns. 3 times it have me whiplash when there's nothing in front of me. According to lease company records, some kind of work was already done on onguard. Guess it needs to be done again.
All supposed to be covered 100% under warrantee so need to schedule work with freightliner asap. Heading home to Dallas Fort worth next Friday. Need recommendations on which freightliner dealer I should use.

Dallas and Houston are a joke, and not funny. Dependingon the route, Freightliner of Joplin would be preferable. They do great work and are pretty fast about it.

Freightliner of Arizona I refer to as Freightliner of Arizona for the Criminally Insane, if that gives you any insight.

Back to the wobbly Cascadia. What gear are you in when cornering?

Talking highway speeds. It's gotta be shocks. As for starter I wonder if it's got a flat spot. I thought this thing was completely refurbished...ah it begins. Earlier than I hoped. As for insane onguard I think it's a computer glitch. I think it's still "seeing" things after they're not there anymore. I'm living in terror of the little tyrant!

Not really an option. Would like to combine visit with home time. Less off the road time that way. But I will keep that in mind if anything big comes up..
    Knock on wood.
