    Seems like a CYA letter to me. That way if it happens before the recall, and the fix, their lawyers can say "We warned them."

    No one has mentioned this yet that I've heard of.

    I know if I'm the CEO of Cummins, given the perpetual design flaws in the fuel system, I'm walking into engineering, grabbing the engineer that heads the fuel system, and tossing him out a window.

    Then look at the rest of them and ask "Does anyone not understand my meaning?"
