As for guys with paid off trucks. Think about this, once your house, car, truck,is paid off. You've put your kids thru college. You don't have to work so hard. Your free to take more time off at home. Anyway to each his own. Drive 2000-2200 miles and send $2000 to the bank, that's bad?? Ooooook

And ya, 80k dollars for a full time owner operator is crap. I can get that by driving a truck for ups or any of the goid ltl companies. heck Wal-Mart drivers make that. I didn't buy a truck and assume all the risk of running a business to make employee wages.

 

How much you make. Has nothing to do with is truck paid for or not. Unless your company is dedicing your payment. .question does a paid truck gross more than a non paid truck?
