This is a good topic. I was not aware of showing your empty status heading to the house or between loads. I always waited for my next load and put in the new load information.

My offer still stands. But I can only afford 1 truck, so the first one that takes me up on it wins.

You know the old quote...woman don't fart sweat or spit..therefore we must gripe or we will explode.

I am pretty happy with my situation right now with JB and nice new truck. I have decided though that if one can afford to buy and have back up money in the bank sufficient for contingencies that is the way to go. These lease outfits are just predators.

Frankly, I'd be rollin for Dave.
The thought of spending the weekend in a truckstop because my DM was upset, would make me hurl.
UTG, I don't mean to be mean, but, at this point, you're simply a glorified company driver. Time to move on.
And don't feel 'loyal' because JBH worked with you on the last truck. They didn't work with you because it was the right thing to do, they worked with you because you make them money.

I wish you only the very best. And I wish you good luck and happy trails.

Now Opus I'm not sure that's why I ended up in nowheres'sville. The world doesn't revolve around me. But I don't argue that I am just a glorified company driver. I am and that's working for me at this time. I'm sure I would love working for Dave but I'm not in the mood for any more major life changes. Sweet cartwheeling Jesus..I will be 70 when this lease is up. I need a rest.

Oh..and would that it were a truck stop. It was a vacant lot within walking distance of a convenience store.

Bytheway. Has anyone seen iluvcats lately? He is sorely missed. I even checked to follow him (kind of creepy stalky) because I enjoy his humor but have seen zip.
