Changed my mind. Of course for little more money. Also trying new driving experience. Just obtained hazmat/tanker endorsement. New adventure begins with CTL Transportation. Hopefully will be exiting new trade to learn.

I see them a lot around here pulling flats. Even some daycabs, good luck back out there!

I'm back to over the road myself. I started out with tankers in the oilfield hauling water, best job I've ever had, I miss it. That fell through due to the low oil prices so I moved back home and went otr with Knight. I left them for Pepsi but I'm coming back because I couldn't take the brutality of the job, so back to Knight for a year and a half till I turn 25.

I went and got finger printed for the hzmat so just waiting on that, gotta study for the test and then I'll go take it. I don't plan on hauling hazmat otr, I don't think it's worth the hassle, at least not where I am. All the extra rules and what not.. just want to have it so when I'm 25 I can do gasoline or go back to the oil and haul crude if things pick back up.

Tanker is fun, just go slow on the turns/curves that's all. Becareful with the pump, make sure you bleed it out before opening valves and what not..

    FLYMIKEXL and zigstar Thank this.
