    Carolina Cargo AKA: "Convict Cargo" Has got to be the worst company on the dang road today. The trucks are filthy, busted pieces of crap! I went to work for them promised the world, miles, increased pay, on time pay and most of respect for my profession. All lies and I had the fun of being grouped in with a bunch of ex-cons. When I showed up at the yard for out going loads it looked like we were in a prison yard instead of a working trucking company's yard. Dealt with dispatch, brokers, and the biggest ahole shop manager I ever met!!!! Stay away from this company at all costs. I went to work for them to make money to pay the bills, and spent more money then I earned on my trips. If you check the web site carolina cargo don't believe the lies you read. They will run you to death, beat the trucks to death and pay you jack and give you every excuse why they can't pay you. And the kicker here is they pay 0.10 a mile and take 0.09 a mile back from you.... STAY AWAY!!!

    Not sure where they are out of. Actually saw one of their trucks the other day. From what I've read on here, they are a company that hires drivers with questionable histories.
