Little to no hope. Sorry. Try mom and pops or owner ops. Craigslist.

Why did you quit nine jobs in 18 months? How did K&B figure you were trying to steal their truck?

I don't know enough. Maybe he quit and bobtailed towards home to be tracked down by satellite as theft of equiptment.

There is not enough information here.

With that said, there is a certain amount of months to years (And a few have a life time ban) to those certain offenses reported to DAC.

You might have to suck it up and work for some dump truck out fit with no DAC in sight like I did once.

DAC is a double edged sword. It pales in comparison to the new registry that is pending later this year that will be the same as a scarlet letter branded onto your forehead to any company that runs any commerical under our Federal System.

Theft is a big one. You cannot be expected to be trusted with a 150,000 tractor, a 50,000 or more trailer hauling loads up to and exceeding one million. If you are convicted of theft.

The next lower rung is called unauthroized use of a tractor that one will stick a couple of years. Again, no trucking company is going to entrust the valuable equiptment to anyone with a hint of trouble of this nature.

Give it time. It will likely be a while before you get back into the industry and when you do see it as a god sent second and last chance and behave yourself.

So, K & B huh. That is not as big of deal as you make it out to be. K&B has a reputation of being less then a perfect company. Hirschbach hired me right after I left K&B. They said surviving there for six months was a good recommendation. You are damaged goods but it is not as hopeless as you think. Do not go to Carolina Cargo until you have exhausted all others.

Why trucking? Any job you get in the industry is gonna be crap. Have you looked into roofing or some sort of other trade?
