You sure your license is unaffected? I thought you still got points for overweight fines.

As someone who used to haul livestock and got their fair share of overweight tickets I can say that nothing ever showed up on my MVR or affected my license. And the carrier doesn’t have their CSA scores affected.

My liquid tanker trailer was always loaded while sitting on a platform scale. They loaded it until the scale showed 78-79K lbs.

The tanks are only balanced when sitting on level ground and not moving. Fluid flows to the lowest level of the tank. That means it flows to the back of the trailer when climbing hills, or accelerating and flows to the front of the tank when descending hills, or slowing. It moves to the outside of the curve when cornering.

No points on my actual drivers license. Maybe I get PSP points but I don't know.
