bad lease dept experience

Having been in the "Lease" department I have never felt like a second class citizen. They are the rudist peple I have ever met,

 

my feeling that these "ladies" jobs depend on our leasing trucks. No leases no job for them.
From the time I walked thru the door I was simply ignored. When I asked a questiion I usually got a veery sarcastic response. I finally figured out I needed to see Travis. No one knew where he was, so I sat for 3 hours waiting. Explaination or appology, yeah right. Hopefully I want have to go in there again for another 3 years. Maybe there will be a new staff, yeah right.
