Best thing to do is to be honest about what happened, and don't leave any part out of your application. Maybe bring it up to the recruiter with your side of the story. You can read a lot of posts on here and that kind of thing is exactually what companies use against people. They'll bring you in, send you through training, get you with a trainer, and as soon as you think your about to hit the road on your own, they'll pull the rug out from under you.
Not knowing what your situation is, and about your other work history it's hard to say that it will be a problem, but it potentially could be. -
I'm from a professional, corporate setting, where everyone is super anal about everything. even though i did have a problem with my last employer, maybe in the trucking world they are a little more forgiving, as long as you're honest and explain what happened? -

If it was a while back and its a big company maybe they forgot you. I worked for a restaurant that I called the health department on. They found out it was me just before I quit they started really messing me up on future jobs. Finally, no one there even knows me, now it doesn't matter.
