The citizens of Chicago are right, this was a huge waste of time and resources. We had over 70 shootings over a span of two days and we're using a dozen or so officers with a sting truck in a primarily crack head area?

No, they don't. Any Liberal or Conservative would tell you to use the CPD man power on something more than arresting crackheads over stealing quarters out of a truck.

Last year there was a arms shipment stolen at the NS, it was carefully coordinated, the robbers just hit that one specific container. To combat this they go after crackheads to make it look like they're doing something.
