I see that all the time with Chicago companies.

Most of the positive reviews are from the ownership or drivers who are friends or relatives of the ownership.

Also if a driver does say the truth on Google or Facebook they challenge the review and get it removed.

  2. a lot of times on Google that challenge fails..
which is the fun part when you go to the company overview on Google and you go to reviews and then you go to what's call the most helpful..
and that instead of looking at the recent reviews you look at the least favorite

I always read the 1 and 2 star ratings on Google. That's where I get the 'real story' about any company.

Indeed is good too but not many people read the Indeed reviews. Google reviews are read by everyone: customers employees drivers and the general public.

There is one Chicago company that actually deleted their Google profile. I guess the driver reviews were impacting business. They still have a Facebook page and company website but the Google name and location is gone.

  4. lol..1 star my favs when it's from a AMERICAN DRIVERS who had the unfortunacy of working for one of those low-ball outfits..
It takes the broken English rave reviews and puts them in a whole different perspective
