Thank you for taking the time the reply. That is good advice. That is exactly what I will do. I will stick it out. I know for a fact that not all other trainers at KLLM do not team drive like this one. I have driven every night shift into the morning since April 12th. This truck does not rest. All I am is a steering wheel holder. I feel my training is totally inferior and given in between making runs for the trainer, as almost an afterthought. Not being trained well is my biggest regret.

I had a trainer who was an odd duck but luckily my company used 3 different trainers over the six weeks to cover different aspects of the work. By the time I was done with him or he was done with me I was thinking driving was a mistake but luckily the next two were normal and I was able to recover, now 5 years later its all a distant memory. There are a few things he taught me that I do to this day but all the mumbling and criticism was hard to take at the time, he wouldnt look at me when he spoke so it was hard to understand the guy, I had to diplomatically explain my hearing wasnt good to get him to change and that lasted three days lol.

Can you list that post? I never said I actually left the truck.

Dude, you're at the finish line. Just sit back, relax, and smile

Well done. 90% of the people here never would have put up with such abuse, myself included; but you did and you won.
    Very well done.
    Congratulations

You must learn the ways of The OM.

Yes you can do this on a truck, and don't even need a fridge.
