Baltimore MD- Private fleet hiring box truck and tractor trailer drivers.

The Perennial Farm is a greenhouse growing operation looking to add drivers to our expanding private truck fleet. We have a combination of CDL and non-CDL box trucks as well as tractor trailers.

This is a regional position with up to 3 overnights per week, normal is 1 - 2 nights out per week. Company paid hotels and meals when overnight.

Drivers are required to deliver to major cities such as New York, Boston and Washington DC as well as customer job sites.

We operate Monday - Friday, though you may be asked to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday. This position has an irregular start time of 12am- 6am depending on distance to 1st stop.

This is a seasonal position running from March thru November with Winter work available running Amazon or working for a partner company.

Drivers are required to load and unload rolling racks weighing up to 1500 lbs using a rail gate, in all weather conditions. Drivers are also required to help customers unload the racks.

Compensation is by the hour with overtime after 40 hours per week, benefits include health insurance, profit sharing and PTO after 1 year of service.

Overtime is required, drivers average 60 hours per week during the Spring and Fall busy seasons.

CDL license is preferred but not required, a valid DOT medical card is required.
