Not along I-30. After about 7 or 8, about the only place on 30 in Texas you'll find parking is the truck parking areas at exit 113 (WB) and 110 (EB). Everything else is a disaster, especially the Love's in Mount Vernon. Hell, you're lucky to find a spot there sometimes in the middle of the day. Once in a while a squirrel will get a nut and you'll find a spot, did once at the Pilot in Sulphur Springs around 9pm, and that was the first one way at the entrance because I guess nobody wanted to piss off the supertruckers coming off the interstate by blocking the entrance while parking. I said "#### it". Got in without holding up traffic too long, LOL.

Soulman E of Dallas is good. Right by Loves. KDs BBQ in Midland has superb brisket and the ribs are great too. Kind of pricey. Plenty of truck parking.
