Silvicom don't. You have to tell them how to do their job here. How to dispatch? How to get payroll right? How get maintenance done? Home time is an issue, unpredictable, maybe it's on a Saturday/Sunday or Monday/ Tuesday or Thursday/Friday. In the end they steal from your check ( I'm supposed to get paid for Effingham to Richmond, KY to Jonestown, PA , then Baltimore, MD to Mississippi, then Mississippi to Decatur, IL) only thing on my check was Richmond, KY to Fredericksburg, PA. I'm a civil person but they aren't honest.
