Be warned, CR England is not where you want to be.

I started with CR England on a Dedicated Account in Sterling, IL in May of 08. During that time I encountered prefferential treatment of the account manager's friends, Rx distribution from dispatchers to drivers, I and other drivers jobs were threatened if we were unwilling to alter HOS logs, unlawful driver file augmentation, dispatchers working while under the influence of alcohol, verbal abuse, punishment in the form of load assignments that would cause drivers 'fall off' a load due to hours. These loads where known as punishment loads in order to load driver files. In my case I contacted CR England's head office on numerous occassion to report the matter for repairative action, to find that HR never answered her phone, and the voicemail was always full. I was informed that I was being placed on medical leave due to an injury by the CR England compliance officer. I asked if I was being fired and was told it was only medical leave, the dau before she had posted at the gate and to CR England that I was terminated. Case pending with the Illinois Dept. of Human Rights, civil case in preparation. My life has been destroyed by this company, this is a warning to you not to make the same mistake.
