Beam bros execs charged with forcing drivers to falsify logs.

They were doing over 100 million. Mail doesn’t stop for anything. They didn't just replace all those drivers & equipment. Somebody is running that show with all the worker bees. I mean they pled not guilty, so probably even them once out on bail. I mean you are innocent until proven guilty. Unless you're involved in a mega operation, then I'd say yea, public execution, and if some exonerating evidence comes up later, well then you get a public apology.

 

If, as someone stated, they were not paying the correct USPS rate then I imagine PO is involved in this investigation too.

They're based out of Mt. Crawford VA, if I remember correctly (used to live up the road in Harrisonburg). Always heard they were a poor workplace with rough equipment and low pay...now we see why.
