And that is why many drivers have come back to Swift after those 'greener pastures' turned out to be brown and black.

I also see some slow times at Swift, but never has it been that bad.

Swift may not be the best cpm pay, but they are more consistent than many.
And I would rather have a few cents less but get better miles. And loads more on my own terms, because I can turn things down or adjust the times if I need to.

Yeah. I wouldn't want to be seen as carrying water for Swift Transportation. I have not missed that company a single day since I left. But let's be honest here. There are trucking companies out there that are far worse to work for.

Nice mini terminal onsite too, no need to screw around in Lancaster, which is honestly, the worst of the worst terminals IMO. Greater LA traffic doesn't have squat on that part of N. Texas, it's the worst in the 48 period.

Got the hell out of there, would have stayed on in Denton but had the opportunity to move to Nevada and haven't looked back. Serious advice, get out of that terminal one way or another, the people there ain't right. They make games out of screwing with drivers, toxic culture on longhorn!

About the only reason anyone would be holding you down to 50 dollar days is to get you to leave, time to go it sounds like. Think about it, if you are only making 50 bucks a day, they are not even paying the insurance on that rig.
