Work history should be good most companies only look for stability over the past year they can tell alot by that. Automatics vs manuals most companies will not hold that against you they will give you a road test and some may want you to go out with a trainer to freshen up on the shifting. So no I would say other companies will not hold that against you. As far as the choice between Maverick or Melton I have heard happy and unhappy drivers at both companies. Freight really dictates alot of the home time when and how long you get to stay. Talk to your drivers to see how well things line up with what recruiter are telling you and as far as Maverick one big perk for me is they treat you as a person not a number.

Yes we have apu's and inverters on all of our. Trucks. Oldest on the road is 2011 and they are pulling them off now replacing with 2014.

Ok Hargis 12801, so one freeze in the winter cause the rig shut down. Trying to stay warm.

I ain't had any problems staying warm in the winter even this past winter in negatives my Apu would throw enough heat to make you sweat. I might be missing your question on that one.
