Been at Maverick Transportation for 6 six years and still enjoy it

Just a helpful hint...don't wait till you start school to apply. I know it sounds silly but they will start the process and give you an answer before you actually obtain your CDL. I did this with several companies to ensure I would be able to enter the field before spending the money. Also, give them a call back couple weeks before graduation to let them know you are graduating then they may put you on list for orientation. You will have to verify license before final approval but it speeds the process.

Yea i have talked to a recruiter with maverick and they said as long as im in school with a graduation date they will process the application and melton told me i could do a pre hire a few weeks b4 i start school so im going to go ahead and do the pre-hire with melton and apply to maverick when i start school and hopefully maverick will take me but thanks for all the info and be safe out there

 

Hi all, question for those who dont live in Arkansas, with regrads to filing taxes. Are you filing State & City forms?....Are you owing in the end...Have a CPA, just want to get a basic idea. Thx

i am planning on going to maverick, i live in south Alabama and wanting to know about the amount of freight down south far as getting home on the weekends thanks.
