    They bring them in every week. Sometimes classes as small as 10 all the way up to around 35. Just depends on available otr instructors and how many students are currently in the pipeline. Just get with recruiting to get all the paperwork done and if it passes all areas they will get you set up. Just so you know our recruiting dept. Is non commission based they are strictly paid by the hour kind of cuts out the bs you may get otherwise.

    That is good to hear! I plan on going to school in July and I'm just trying plan out as much as I can. Would me talking to recruiter now help at all ?

    Talked with a recruiter at Maverick today, so the starting pay after training is .33 cpm then it increases. Is that true ?

    Has there been a wait lately to get trainers with new drivers? I've noticed some graduates talking about they have been waiting weeks to get with a trainer.

    Once your are brought to little you are filling the space available for the open trainers. The wait is getting to little rock sometimes we have a waiting list on guys coming out. But I assure you that you will not be given a spot in class if we don't have an available otr trainer availabl3.
