Insurance companies have attorneys that look for any wiggle room in high dollar claims to get out of paying. It's a good bet to refuse to pay and see if the claimant will put up a fight. Now it's up to you to front the money to put up a fight or walk away.

I agree this guy needs to get a lawyer.

That’s true but when it all gets shaken out at the end of the day, having a lawyer up front still makes it worth the cost, after the fact it not always does.

I would tell them they can keep your totaled truck if they want $125,000. It wasn't worth that BEFORE it got totaled...

I think that I am going to let them take the truck and my job with it. I am thinking about giving up this live of never ending work and going down to the caribbean and sit under the palm trees and watch the waves roll in.kemosabi49 and LOTSO Thank this.
