Go and try Windy Hill. They are up there in your neck of the woods. They are a smaller more forgiving company.

yea i do not think so i was already with windy hill and they let me go after my second week of training. when i told them that my second trainer was very very bad and i was having issues with him. He was yelling at me and telling me i have to drive the truck the way he wants cuse its his ###### truck and he did not give a #### were i was taught.

Geeze....talk about a control freak......Did he yell this while you were driving or after? Dont take offense, but you being new to driving a truck might have scared the crap out of him. Either way he should not have yelled at you. That was unprofessional.......I have noticed that more and more trainers are taking Prozac, Xanax, and drinking heavily. Seems like we have a problem at the SCHOOL LEVEL. Or, more new drivers have Attention Deficit Disorder. Im leaning on the ladder.

That sucks, sorry bout that! Next time man if you feel you aren't being trained properly or you just plain don't get along with your trainer then call dispatch and have them switch you trainers. Not a big deal and it happens quite frequently.
