End of june, I always get one year cards due to borderline bp.

I've heard it has gotten rougher tho, my only issue is that #### bp.

You don't need meds. That's superstitious. Everything can been done Naturally. Meds are a poison that the medical field wants to keep you on for the rest of your life. Its more business for them to keep you on meds and less money in your pocket cause you keep coming back for more DRUGS.
Im been off my BP meds and cholesterol meds for awhile. I researched and learned how to stay of all meds. Its very simple, its all about what you eat. If you focus your mind on how to eat properly and you have the "cows sack", "YOU CAN DO IT"....... I did.

Beets lowers your sugar and helps your BP. I would stop all caffeine intake, all sodium(salt, preservatives) and fried foods and all sugar drinks. And find a place that juices fresh veggies. Your BP will drop before you know it.

SODA has lots of sodium regardless what kind you prefer to drink. That raises BLOOD PRESSURE for starters. If your addicted to your sugary drinks, at least limit yourself to one a day.

Actually the sodium content is very low in soda it's the sugar content that is the problem. For men you are allowed up to 2200mg of sodium a day and a can of soda is about 60mg. For sugar your daily limit is 35mg and one can of soda is about that much sugar.
