I once knew a guy that exercised everyday and ate nothing but healthy food that died in a car accident at the age of 33

I also knew a guy that ate what tasted good... Smoked for awhile and drank occasionally. Never really made it a poit to exercise that lived happily til he was 80. Irony?? Maybe

I just wish BPI had included this idiot Oliver in their $1.2 billion lawsuit against ABC for defamation which led to them closing plants and laying off 700 people in the Midwest. Plus 5,000 - 6,000 fewer truckloads of freight per year. People prefer to listen to a TV personality who did an apprenticeship at 16, threw some food around a grill for a few years and then figured out how to cash in on TV. Doesn't matter what food scientists and their studies say as to what is safe or what is not.
