You'll learn that nothing goes as planned with emissions systems....

Unlike Knight, I plan on taking care of mine so I don't end up on the side of the road. Knight wouldn't service theirs at all in hopes they could trade them out without ever servicing it.

Here is a pic of the installed Flow Below. I think it looks pretty slick.

Sitting at 7.8 right now; it goes back and forth between 7.8 and 7.9. My goal is to get it to 8.1-8.2. I tracked it by hand to see if the ECM was accurate and it is, so I just go by the computer now. The flow below and aero flaps claim to yield 3% or greater. I am hoping to get 3/10 of a mile per gallon out of it. I noticed today I had 8.1 for the day on 580 miles. I do this same route at least once a week and am usually at 7.7 by the time I hit my usual stopping point. I will give it a month and see how it does.

These guys run skirts like most do but they also have the majority of the trailers equipped with the four panel trailer tails. I have noticed those get me an extra 3/10 of a mile per gallon over a trailer without it. They have quite a few rental trailers too. Those have no aero devices at all and depending on the wind conditions can cause me drink some fuel.

Fully installed 1800.00. It will take, at most, 14 months to pay back. I believe fuel prices will continue to rise which would bring it down to 11-12 months. I used the money I got back from my personal tax return to pay for it. Couldn't think of a better use for it. I only "spent" 300.00 on it. I still looked at the ROI though as if that wasn't the case.

These past few days sucked. I had a good load to upstate NY but they couldn't find a backhaul towards AR. I had to broker down to SC and now broker back to AR. If they can get me out and back, even if the load is cheap, I can still hit my target. Doing two broker loads to get back hurts. The month is still young so I should be able to overcome it.
