Wait at least 90 days before applying to get it out of your system for a urine test and don't do it again (obviously). Some have tested positive up to 100 days after smoking.

 

Mostly Untrue. Urine tests go back 30 days for a average sized person. The heavier you are it may stay in your system longer and also depends on how much you smoked. A couple puffs and that will be out in 2 weeks. A inch and half of hair will go back 90 days. 3inches goes back 6 months. But 99% of hair tests are only a inch and a half. Alot of it depends on the person though. I know people who have passed a hair test in 2 months but their hair grows fast.

Step one. Don't do it again
step two. Drink ALOT of water and green tea to help flush your system out.
Step three. Exercise. The more you sweat will help flush your body as you replace your body water by drinking.

A hair folicle test is only done by a few carrier/starters.
It's meant to detect habitual use over time, not a couple puffs a few weeks ago - that's what the urine test might detect.
If you smoked every day for a year, you'd have to wait at least 90 days to pass the hair folicle test.

 

I understand how long urine -usually- stays in the system. Do a Google search and you will find pot showing up in -some- up to 100 days later. Why take the chance? It's simply not worth it. And a few strands of hair can go back YEARS not just 90 days. 90 days is the cutoff point for which the labs will ATTEST to in a court of law. Again, why take the chance? Talk to Gryphon on the DOT drug testing thread. He used to administer the DOT drug tests for years. He will tell you the same thing I did in regard to how long pot stays in the system and can be detected by hair tests ... up to 90 days. Again, why take the chance when a failed drug test will all but ruin his career? Simply not worth it. Better to be safe than sorry. The flush system is temporary. You can flush a body and show a negative test the day of the flush and toss a positive the next day. Not worth the chance.

 

Depends. While I was in training (School) urine specimens were part of the requirement on Day 2.

When I showed up for orientation, we all got tested on a Tuesday. No biggie, we all expected it. On Thursday, they picked 5 of us out of random for a second test. This one was a follicle sample.

3 times in a 2 month period.
