Been here for 11 hours waiting on load. Bad attitude loader actually went out and put oil in his car instead of loading me. If you can avoid this shipper do so.

You can leave. Are you getting paid to sit there? Company driver?

Dang! That's crazy. I don't know what it is with these customers but they seem to be getting worse and worse the last 5 years. Always an excuse..... not enough floor space, not enough staff, not enough equipment, don't want to pay overtime. The list goes on and on.

I use to pick up at one of their warehouses up here in Illinois and they paid a FTL rate whether it was 2 pallets or 20 pallets. Not a bad deal if you could set up another pick up or two to go with it.

Hope the rest of your day goes better.

“He put oil in his car” lmao. Was he on break? I know we have schedules to meet and 11 hours striaght outta hand, but people with normal 9-5 jobs get breaks that we don’t. Two 15’s and a 30.

But by the 11th hour of an empty trailer, i would have bounced. Called the broker and told him freight wasn’t ready when truck arrived. Move on to the next one and put ‘em in your black book. Your time is not to disrespected like that.

your load probably wasn't ready yet.

office schedules truck not checking with production to make sure they are not behind. you show up and it's not ready.

it's usually not the forklift guy just letting your stuff sit on the dock.

your company lets you sit that long waiting??? !! I'd change companies.

when you talked to your company, what did they say? sit forever???
