You mean like if someone is talking on 24, but can also be heard on 3?

No it means that if someone is talking on 24, and they sound off frequency - which can be described with an am radio that you have a tuner (NOT digital) and just slightly be off, it is fuzzy.

What you hear when you are listening to 3 and someone is on 24, that's part of the serious flaw with the CB designs that are used, almost all of the CBs on the market now don't have this type of rejection, but the Johnson 323a does :)

rabbiporkchop, J Rich and Sgonza101 Thank this.

Supposedly it drifts frequency as in I'm on channel 5 and you are too but it moves a few frequencies. It's more on ssb.

Windmill Hill and J Rich Thank this.

Ok I got it. One of the mills I go to drivers stay on 3. The in house guys are on 24. One of the drivers will go to 24 and talk to his buddy. I can hear the driver loud and clear on 3 when he's on 24, but I can't hear the other guy that is on 24. If I remember right he's running a 70 watt Connex.

Watch "Custom Antenna System Installation On Kenworth T680 / Safety First!" on YouTube

Do you know what antenna that is?

Thats not necessarily drifting. What you are talking about is bleeding across channels. That’s usually caused by an improperly aligned radio, or it’s someone running too much power for your radio to handle.

    J Rich Thanks this.
