    It doesn't detect low batteries, but have it setup where it does charge the batteries while the generator is running. I keep all my marker lights on all night. I turn it on with a remote control, I can precool my truck before getting in with the remote control.

    Thanks for the reply. There are gadgets that will auto start the generator when low battery is detected but I don't see it as being much trouble doing it your way. How many watts does the gen put out or do you just use an inverter?
    I have a Honda 2000 and years ago kept it on the truck. Inverter built in. Only puts out 1500 watts and takes 1.1 gallon of gas. That was a problem. Always running out of gas. How much does yours hold and how long will it run on a tankful? How do you get fuel? In a plastic gas container?
