This place is awesome! Hopping in the bike and riding there when I get home. Only 30 minutes from home for me!

    I know OLD THREAD...
    Don't blame me I didn't bump it.

Up in Smoke off I35 in Tx around Hillsboro is pretty good, has some Truck Parking, maybe 10 Spots or so.

There is a place in Memphis my Trainer/Mentor took me to once, don't remember name of it.
I remember it being off Getwell Rd I think, no Truck Parking he parked on the Street.

Yes by far the best BBQ is in Florida! Bubbalou's Bodacious Barbeque! Have never had anything even remotely close to it!

Judging all the others is tough because its different depending on your geographic location. Kansas City is excellent but is different than southern BBQ. Same with TX BBQ. Really good but different.

My wife and I are big fans of Mexican food and it too is like just like the BBQ in that it depends on where you are in the country as to how it will taste. You have your TexMex, then you have your CaliMex which is way different, then you have your FloridaMex which can sometimes be a mix of Cuban/dominican/columbian/mexican/etc... Nonetheless its #### good!

By far the absolute best is La Chaquita which is conveniently located right by the Central Refrigerated terminal in Fontana off of Cherry St. If anyone is in the area I highly recommend you stop! There is parking for one or two trucks in front or you can park at the three sisters truck stop just across the street and down a block or two. I once brought my brother with me on a trip from FL to Cali just to take him to La Chaquita to get a steak burrito!!!

Now I'm friggin starvin and drooling all over the place...

    Arkansas Frost Thanks this.

That's a loaded question. However, there are lots of great bbq places. One of my favorites is Pappys in Santa Maria, CA. Right next door to the Chevron truck stop. only TS in town.
