Best BBQ truckstop

I ate at a great one yesterday in Stephenville TX. Hard Eights BBQ. Careful when you order . All sold by pound. Great ribs and brisket. Free red beans. Corn on cob on grill. Jalapeno cream style corn. Cobblers. They have 3 locations . Have not tried the others. This one is top notch. Expensive but worth it. Next time I'll get like 3 ribw and one slice of beef. It was cut about an inch thick and tender. Made 3 fold overs out of bread on table with one slice. I had 2 left that I ate tonight.

I think the bbq man at the petro in north little rock is my favorite and he deleivers to your truck.

 

Hickr'y House BBQ in Marietta OK....I-35 SB exit Hwy 32 in Marietta go WB about 100yrds little red building on SS of road, AMPLE truck/trailer parking in the back.. Very Very good cheap BBQ...I-35 NB same exit go WB under overpass... Well worth the stop looks like a little hole in the wall..

Bakers Ribs at xit 83 on I30 next to the Pilot in Caddo Mills TX
has good BBQ. Bit pricey but it sure is good.

 

Do they have truck parking there?

 

yes i was their last night . They have parking, the POS pilot has parking, and the fuel stop across the street has parking. oh and to get into there you have to go threw the pilot (in a truck)

Tried a place called The Annex a couple of days ago. Pretty good grub.

I had a sliced beef sammich and potato salad. Personally I would call it a shredded or pulled beef sammich rather than sliced. There was plenty of meat on the sammich and the meat was moist and flavorful. Sauce served on the side and had a nice smokey flavor. Tater salad was different than what I'm used to but was good.

The Annex is in New Mexico on us54 about 20 miles north of Tucumcari. Has truck parking.
