I contacted an attorney who practices in the same county of the violation. For $1000 retainer fee, they can re-open the ticket (case), even though it was finalized. Attorney can seek a prayer for judgment from the court, which should reduce the violation. The attorney feels that, since this is my only violation in 10 years MVR history, it will be reduced to 10 mph over, or less, depending on the mood of the DA and/ or judge. I will have to appear in court, which I will happily do. All though nothing is 100% certain, the attorney feels very confident.

Thank you to all the forum members who responded and gave me advice on how to handle this situation. I will update again once I get through court.

If it doesn’t work out consider food grade bulk. I’m an old tanker tanker (general chemical, acid, fuel, ISO tanks) and everything I enjoyed about tanking is present in pneumatic bulk without the haz mat hassles
