I always used Buckley's or Robotussin*. I normally buy 2 bottles of either and start taking it. I also buy 2 5hr energy shots and a flat of bottled water.

My family Gene's makes me a 'hybrid' by my doctors standards (naturally bigger, uglier, ect) so my doses are always higher than what's on the bottle. So my joke always is. 1 bottle every 2 days, either my liver dies or I get better lol either way I'm riding the lighting!

Reality you get a little light headed, the 5hr energy shots are loaded with all the good vitamins, and the water intake helps flush out and excess toxins you may be adding, or may already be there. Normally by day 4 and bottle #2 or possibly #3 all I have left is sniffles, and I would start with the works
Sore throat, sinus headache, muscle and body pain, cold sweats, constant sneezing, brutal coughing, (real man-flu deal)

It's weird my immune system is #### near perfect. I never get sick, ever. Maybe once every 1-3 years, but when I do it's like my immune system takes a 2-4 day vacation and just vanishes. Just odd really. Doctor Can't explain it, also doesn't understand why I have an immunity to the flu. Oh well. Either way best of luck to you. My other tip is to sit alone during cold seasons in truck stops. Good way to catch something terrible
