Best companies for owner operators to lease to?

    Currently leased to a company but looking to change. Looking for somewhere with no forced dispatch (the place I'm at now is supposed to be, but my fleet manager keeps accepting crappy loads on my behalf - like 4 days to run 1000 miles or loads that are too heavy for my truck to legally haul). Would like something regional in the south/southeast but OTR is fine too. I don't have my own trailer or hazmat. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I had a pretty good experience with Schneider. Totally self dispatch off of their load board with their trailers.
