I am going to their school. 3 phases. 3 weeks for phase I 150 hours driving and 10 hours in class. Then Phase II which is up to 13 days with a trainer (NOT TEAM) he is next to you at all times driving daily and you are paid $90 per day. Then you go back a terminal to test out and earn your CDL. Next is Phase III where you drive OTR solo but have a one on one mentor that talks to you daily with anything you may need. This lasts up to 12 week and you are paid .34 mile getting 2600-2800 week. After you complete Phase III you then can pick your fleet you want to work with. I am going reefer 7/7.
