Old Dominion Freight Lines hires new cdl grads and runs teams coast to coast. Some husband/wife teams there are making 1.4 million dollars a year to the team.
Contact Old Dominion and ask which school in your area they hire from. They're picky about which schools they hire from.
Don't know about their pet policy; better ask.

R&L Carriers, Estes Express are the same. Husband/wife team drivers from all 3 companies; Old Dominion, Estes, R&L have posted about this on here.

A few months ago, he got approved to start with Swift but we had to take care of his father. That delay has passed so we’re now ready to both start getting in touch with companies that we can either do our schooling through, or that would be suggested to go through once we complete schooling using a loan or grant. As I mentioned earlier, we would like to be team driving OTR so the ideal companies to do that through would be appreciated.

One other thing to mention: it is important the company is semi relaxed about dogs, as our 45lb Puddelpointer will likely be traveling with us. Thanks for any suggestions & leads!
