Submit applications during the first week of driving school. Submit several so you have job offers to choose from.
All those companies I listed hire new CDL grads. If the websites show "experience required" it's because the website isn't up to date.Last edited: Sep 8, 2015

Hey Chinatown, que pasta?
Wondering why you don't include Schneider in your list. Don't hear too much bad about them. -

Martin Bros. Dist. is another one most drivers haven't heard of, or Dutch Maid Logistics. Jones Bros. Trucking is another. I like to let new drivers know about these companies the schools may not even know about. More choices to get a new career started.Kannonball, 123456 and born&raisedintheusa Thank this. -
This is my opinion.
Don't. Touch. Pam. Ever. Unless you are leasing. In which case there are plenty of other better options.
I'm driving solo for Schneider right now in dry van. I've been running with them for about the past two months. They have not left me sitting around for one minute. I always have miles if I want them. The temp 0-180 board dbls are great. Very helpful.
I think they are slowly starting to phase in automatics though. I haven't seen one yet, but they are giving us a lot information about them in our qualcomms.
They are also phasing in parksmarts on all the trucks.
You can PM me for more info if you want. I hope you find a nice company wherever you end up though.Redtwin Thanks this. -
