Can anyone tell me more about this company then I;m getting online, maybe an o/o. I'm going to make a move after a long with present carrier and can't believe the crap I'm hearing out here so it would be nice to hear something good.

BigBadBill Thanks this.

I've been leased on with them since 9-12-11. The first contractor to lease on with them. I don't know what the contract is anymore. Mine and the 2nd guy who leased here is different from everyone else afterwards. No hand holding here and no-one will bother you if you don't show up to work for weeks at a time. How much or little you work is up to you.
Rates will be on you. You can work with any broker, 3PL, or shipper you please out here the load booking process is very efficient and quick. We have a good fuel discount program now that's in line with what a few of the larger carriers with good contract/reputation out here offer their o/o. We have a solid reputation with numerous brokerages and 3PL's. You will occasionally get some over the top rates because of that but for the most part you'll be getting what you can get based off your own wits on everything.
My only complaint would be a lack of direct contract freight. Other than that a good company that will leave you alone and let you run your business as you see fit unlike just about anything out here. There are a lot of smaller companies out here with a similar model exceptions being much tighter reins on who you book with, slower processes there, fuel discount lacking (as ours was for a while).
Take it for what it's worth I'm not a recruiter. Success or failure will be on you.icsheeple, Weeble Kneeble and BigBadBill Thank this. -
