We are looking at purchasing another truck. We are current running a 2006 Kenworth T2000 and getting about 6.5. I have read good reviews on both the Cascadia and Lonestar as far as gas mileage. It looks like the Cascadia may get a little better than the Lonestar when the DT12 transmission is paired with the DD15. I realize that gas mileage really depends on the driver and varies a lot. But anyone owning either of these trucks your input would be greatly appreciated. Gotta love that Lonestar for sure but I am running a business so the bottom line will be mileage and reliability.

2016 Cascadia Evolution 30k and legecy mpg is 7.5 I haul a mix and drive 70mph. If its a load under 20,000 pounds about 8.5mpg at worst.

If you don't run Cali your best choice is a glider .. Based on your choices cascadia have a better track record but a new truck is a crapshoot on dependability and mileage.. Don't be surprised if you find that your current truck turns out to be cheaper to run

How does that 11.1 pull? And how big is the sleeper?
