My husband has a Kenmore microwave oven (not sure of Model number, it is either the 721.69072 or the 721.69073 or the 721.69079 - the actual microwave is in Iowa right now and I am in Arkansas so kind of difficult to go look at it right now, I am just going by what is written on the front of the manual for it). My hubby is very happy with it and says he sees NO reason for upgrading it.

Every truck stop has a microwave, and they're free to use.
Ya, you have to walk in to use it, and walk back to the truck to eat it.
But it beats the cost of the micro, and the DC/AC converter to use it.

The XM radio seems to be the most popular suggestion, but a simple MP3 player is cheaper. And, it will only play his most wanted music.

What about fingerless gloves, mirrored sunglasses, vented hats, cowboy boots.......ehhh you were serious.

I like useful gifts. Several pairs of lined and unlined gloves are good. Maybe a pair of rubber fueling gloves. A good map book, or atlas.

    Gears Thanks this.

Yes xm/sirius is a must. Specialy in dead radio spots. You can go to best buy or walmart and look at the different decks. Now you can cd player/radio with xm already installed so you dnt need the extra equipment is another option.
