Best Gloves for flatbedders?

Those gloves look like women's dishwasher gloves. I don't like them.

 

What kills my gloves is using the winder for the straps and its usually the middle finger that gets the hole in it first. Considering I run locally, I use the winder quite a bit between two to four loads a day. So I figure by the time I invest more money for one pair, I'm better off with the pack of three from Costco for $20 then one pair for $60. Hence that with one pair of high dollar glove, what if you loose one or misplaced one, then you have to start over with another pair if $60 gloves cuz you lost one while I still have another pair from my 3 pack from Costco..

 

The good ones are nice to keep in your personal vehicle for winching.
