It's easier to get taxi, Lyft, or Uber to drive you to a gym than find a gym with truck parking. You might consider flatbed since you would be "solar-powered" and get lots of exercise.

The fit system is sold thru frieghtliner dealer ships. It is a resistance system. You can pick up extra bands and cut them to size at sporting goods stores. It can help along with stretching exersises. Keeping motivated is biggest issue.

Kettlebell exercise is full body and cardio. I was introduced to it a couple years ago and love it.

I've found the best route for me is to carry my gym with me. I have 90# adjustable dumbbells and a folding bench I use daily. Parking and tight streets will be a problem trying to get into a chain gym

Not going to happen for you bro. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a fold-up bike use it every time you have downtime there will be a lot of downtime. Do push-ups and sit-ups daily. Do those things and you'll be ahead of 95% of the truck drivers that all over the road.
