I bought mine at Walmart for $118 if my memory serves me well. It's 3" of memory foam. Had it for about two years now and it's holding up well. I like to take it with me when I stay at a motel. Some motel beds are as firm as granite.

Wal Mart seems to have best deal. In the box mattresses try to get a twin size long version if possible. Fits most Standard Trucks. Standard lengths are 6” too short. Ollie’s discount stores had some toppers advertised last week pretty cheap 3”” or 4””

I went through a bunch of yoga mat memory foam / egg crate layering combinations before arriving at this one below. It's just thick enough to not let the hips or elbows rub through the bottom, it's thin enough to let me sit up with the top bunk down, it's light enough topper to not be hot (lots of circulation), and it's durable enough to somehow have not compressed at all in 6 months, even in the middle on the edge, where it gets sat on for hours a day, hasn't compressed at all, as springy as the day it came. I'm 6 foot, 200 lbs and boney.
