colloquialism for "probably" maybe maybe not. Bless your soul. Prolly not something you would hear from a liberal. Wink wink. A word a trucker would be familiar with

Lone mountain trucks are lease purchase. Then you can takr it to landstar f2f sammons mag cream of the crop. Dont think you can have your own authority if you get it from lone mountain but you can lease on to a better comapny then it would just be a lease purchase and no longer a fleece purchase. Fleeces are warm for the carry not the fleecee

If your gonna do it get atleast make sure they pay a percentage and they pay the op 100% of fsc detention ect. Make sure the percentage isnt capped and make sure you can go home and run where you want prolly best if there 100% owner i ps or atleast if the have any company drivers there a smaller fleet. Prolly gonna need some money down if its a decent program

You don't think company drivers pay for repairs? May not come directly from their pocket, but you aren't considering all of the money the companies make off their backs.

EVERY cost associated with operating the truck...ALL of the taxes, benefits, in addition to your wages associated with employing you...it ALL comes out of the revenues YOU generate from the work that you do. As long as your boss has money left over after paying all of your expenses (aka profit), then you'll have a job. If, however, the expenses exceed the revenues on a regular basis, you'll be out of a job pretty quick. It doesn't really matter if you are the boss or if you work for somebody else...if there is no profitability in keeping you employed, you won't be.

Lol this is hilarious! these guys don't know what the hell they are talking about . They have an old school truckers mentality! You can make money off of a lease purchase program ... There are plenty out there you just have to do your homework. You could also be home everyday doing so . I have done it , you just have to haul the right commodity. My commodity of choice is crude oil I netted anywhere from $11k to $15k per month and drove within a 150 mile radius and was home everyday. There are a few decent crude hauling companies out there in which you can lease the equipment. You will make enough money to go buy your own truck if you please . Stop listening to people who only have a one track mind, if you want to work for yourself think oil field or chemicals and fuel nothing else.

I have 3 different friends who have gotton trucks from Arrow truck in Phoenix..All 3 have roughly the same terms, 5k down 1400 a month payments...5o to 6ok pricetags, 300k milage on average...

If we, (the ones reading up on leases), came up with 5k, we could skip so much ka ka and paperwork, and risk

2 of my friends leased on with LTL, pocketing 2k a week and happy
3rd friend went to ND oilfield hauling gravel and aggregates for Pinkys in NewTown making 10k a week

Havent read thru all the jct stuff, yet....fighting it as we speak!!! (NO MICHAEL NO MICHAEL) save the fricken downpayment and have my butt owned on better terms!!!!
