I think Western has some sweet looking trucks allied atlas and united have some nice large cars also. I used to do loads to Red River Army depot over in Texarkana and there were a lot of beautiful Mercer Trucks (this were owner operators i don't know if this counts )

Mine, we aren't hiring either. We are an entirely O/O deck company.

I'm probably going to piss you off..........but..........
You seem to be more hung up on looks than anything else.
Now a question........do you just want to look good rolling down the
highway or are you really interested in making money at this job.
Only you can make the decision.........
Think about it and let's have a truthful answer from you.
You USUALLY trade wages for a shiny truck and trailer.....all that chrome
costs the truck owner a LOT of money.......it doesn't make YOU any.JohnP3 Thanks this. -
Im in upstate NY and would say Goulet trucking in South Deerfield Mass., Cedar Hill Trucking in Selkirk, N.Y. and E.J. Transport in West Sand Lake.
Also noteable are Borewegen Trucking, K.B. Enterprises and the trucks out of Warex Terminals -
Western out of Denver Colorado

For all you posers out there that's what a real truck should look like... no Gang-sta visor... no 200 lb Texas bumper... no 500 Chinese lights...
Just to let you know those guys OWNED the left lane on I-80 thru out the 70's... 7-8K miles per week was pretty normal for their teams...Last edited: Dec 25, 2010
Taildragon, JimDriv3r, Sublime and 1 other person Thank this. -
Ya i want to have a good looking truck, whats wrong with that? Let me ask you would u rather drive a POS that breaks down all the time and looks like crap, inside smells bed...etc or would u rather be VERY proud of your truck rolling down and actually be proud of the job that you do and the company you are driving for. I personally look at the truck first b4 i consider a company, i might be wrong but i believe if the company dosent care about truck what makes you think they will give a crap about the drivers? Plus u act like I cant ask anything?!? Aren't u interested who thinks what?! "just my opinion"Short Fuse EOD, Chaps, groundpounder and 4 others Thank this.
